“ Cinnamon Crunch Bagel Over the 4th of July weekend, Panera Bread was cool enough to offer a free bagel to vaccinated customers. Its been a few years since Ive had their Cinnamon Crunch Bagel CCB, but I remember it being superb. The bagels are baked fresh daily and contain cinnamon vanilla flavored chips. Topping it off is a sweet crunchy cinnamon crunch topping. I wanted to take things up a notch, so I added two tablespoons of cookie butter to the inside. After warming it in the microwave for approximately 20 seconds it was ready to go. The CCB was soft, thick, and chewy. The cinnamon crunch topping added a welcoming crunch. With the addition of cookie butter this thing was just as good if not better than a warm cinnamon roll. While the CCB is great on its own, its phenomenal with cookie butter as a spread.
